ABOUT

Founded in 2019, Indiana Phenology is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit that partners with communities, schools, and individuals to gather scientific data that helps build a more resilient world and protects Indiana's natural treasures.

MISSION

To increase science-based environmental stewardship by empowering Hoosiers of all ages to participation in citizen science phenology data collection.

Founder and Executive Director, Amanda holds an MPA-MSES in Public Affairs and Environmental Science and is a Certified Phenology Leader.

Public Relations & Marketing Manager, Khepri holds a BGS in Science and Mathematics, and is the Development Director of Jameson Camp. She enjoys monitoring birds in her garden as a Backyard Observer with the help of her four children.

Claire is a natural disasters researcher and holds a PhD in Latin American History. She is currently working on a book about a volcano that grew out of a cornfield in Mexico.

Falen is a graduate student at IUPUI's Lilly Family School of Philanthropy with over 15 years experience working with families of young children. She is also an Indiana Advanced Master Naturalist and enjoys spending her free time camping and hiking with family and friends.
